Four-Coat Metallic System

  1. Concrete Prep
    • Diamond-grind the entire slab
    • Repair cracks, spalls, pitting, and imperfections
    • Vacuum and clean to create a perfect bonding surface
  2. Moisture-Blocking Primer / Seal Coat
    • Penetrates deep into the concrete
    • Locks out moisture
    • Strengthens the slab and ensures long-term adhesion
  3. Metallic Base Coat
    • 100% solids epoxy
    • Laid evenly for full coverage
    • Serves as the foundation for the design layer
  4. Metallic Design Coat
    • Applied with chosen colors and effects
    • Swirls, waves, cells, veins, and custom patterns
    • Creates the high-end “3D metallic” look
  5. UV-Stable Polyaspartic Topcoat
    • Gloss or matte finish
    • UV-stable (won’t yellow)

  4. Scrape & Vacuum

General Stainign Process

  1. Prep & clean the concrete
  2. Apply stain (1–2 coats depending on effect)
  3. Neutralize residue (for acid stain)
  4. Rinse & dry
  5. Apply clear sealer or topcoat

Polishing Process

  1. Heavy grind to expose surface or aggregate
  2. Repair cracks/holes
  3. Progressive diamond polishing steps
  4. Apply densifier/hardener
  5. Continue polishing to desired shine
  6. Final seal or guard (optional for extra protection)
